WHITE WINES :
Viognier Domaine des Hutins 2023 :
Since 2008, Emilienne Hutin has been a fervent defender of environmental values on the estate, which is farmed organically. The nose reveals a lovely, greedy bouquet of apricot and peach with a hint of oak. The palate is fresh, with notes of honey, white flowers and dried fruit. A perfect match for perch fillets with a white wine sauce.
ROSE WINES :
Unexpected moment Domaine de la Bauquière 2024 :
A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino, this pale-coloured Côtes de Provence is very expressive, with notes of white fruits. The thirst-quenching attack on the palate reinforces the greediness of the fruit. This harmonious rosé is perfect with tapas or Mediterranean cuisine.
SPARKLING WINES :
Prosecco Extra Dry Domaine Pizzolato:
Pizzolato has always prized the quality of its spumante in the Veneto region. Made from Glera grapes, this Prosecco has fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers emerge both on the nose and palate, with well-balanced bubbles. Best served as an aperitif, with mussels or exotic cuisine.
RED WINES :
Silica Domaine des Ardoisières 2023 :
An essential Savoie estate, this cuvée is full of energy! Silice, made from Mondeuse grapes, has a fresh bouquet of raspberries and redcurrants. The palate is crisp and lively, with fine tannins. This vibrant, elegant red is perfect as an aperitif with a platter of cold meats and grilled vegetables.
Nihilo Domaine Henri Cruchon 2020 :
Nihilo is a natural wine with no added sulphur, fining or filtration. This blend of Gamay and Pinot is a veritable fruit bomb. On the nose and on the palate, it gives off a perfume of morello cherries and red fruit, with a fine tannic structure. The finish is marked by notes of strawberry jam and gingerbread. A perfect match for poultry or a platter of mature cheeses.
Albertine Domaine de Miolan 2023 :
This wine was the overall winner of the 2025 Geneva wine competition. Bertrand Favre, an organic winegrower for a very long time, presents us with a silky Merlot of almost Ticino dimensions. The nose is generous with blueberry and vanilla sandalwood. The palate is comforting with spices and mellow tannins. The Cuvée Albertine goes wonderfully well with barbecued prime rib.
