Beaujolais Blanc Domaine Cheveau 2022 :

The Cheveau family is a winegrowing estate located in Solutré Pouilly in the Maconnais region. They have succeeded in bringing out the best in their different terroirs by working relentlessly on quality both in the vineyard and in the cellar. This Chardonnay, from the Leynes commune in the Beaujolais Blanc appellation, is very lively, with lovely citrus notes. Vinified without sulphur, it is lively and salivating on the palate, ideal as an aperitif or with goat's cheese.

Petite Arvine Domaine de Clavoz 2021 Cave Renaissance :

An emblematic Valais grape variety, this Petite Arvine reveals a powerful nose of rhubarb compote and wisteria. Fresh on the palate, with a salty finish typical of this Valais grape variety. Enjoy with seafood or Alpine cheeses.

Macon Verzé Domaine Thibert 2020 :

This Maison Haute Couture in Fuissé constantly highlights the identity of the soils in the different parcels. The vines are attached to Domaine Leflaive (Puligny Montrachet), and yields are low. The wine has a nose of white-fleshed fruit, citrus fruit and minerality. Round and full on the palate, with a fine mineral structure. A great gourmet Chardonnay, it goes well with noble fish.

Domaine Combier Collines Rhodaniennes 2023 :

Laurent Combier, a famous estate in Crozes Hermitage, has produced a perfect success. The Syrah is vinified in vats to bring out the freshness of the variety. The nose is powerful with spices, raspberries and violets. On the palate, the attack is silky and juicy, the fruit is crunchy and the desire to come back to it is irresistible. Enjoy it with a platter of cheeses and charcuterie.

Noctua Cédric Delacquis 2021:

A daring self-taught winemaker, Cédric is a small-scale artisan winemaker in Geneva who does a masterful job on his wines. Since he doesn't own any vines, he buys quality grapes from other winemakers and vinifies them under his own name. Cuvée Noctua is a blend of Gamay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mara (a cousin of Gamaret and Garanoir) aged in stainless steel vats. Unfiltered, the wine reveals a nose of strawberries and red fruit, with fine tannins on the palate that contribute to a delicious wine. Perfect with roast poultry!

Monthelie 2022 Dujardin Estate :

This eight-hectare vineyard in Monthelie, Meursault, Beaune and Auxey Duresse is an old family estate. This Cuvée de Pinot Noir is a wine that charms with its authenticity and freshness. The bouquet is seductive with cherries and raspberries. On the palate, it is elegant and greedy, with supple tannins and aromas of small red fruits. Enjoy it with a filet mignon of pork!
