Champagne from Maison Jacquesson is a blend of three grape varieties. The grapes come from the finest terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, including Avize, Aÿ, Oiry and Hautvillers. This champagne has a beautiful pale yellow colour with golden highlights. The effervescence is fine and persistent. The nose offers aromas of citrus fruit and apple, with a hint of milk adding a touch of sweetness. On the palate, the attack is elegant and fresh. It opens with fruity and mineral notes.
