Talbot embodies the archetypal Saint Julien, with a generous bouquet and excellent ageing potential, which does not prevent it from being friendly and round even in its youth. The tannins are silky smooth and very civilised. A wine with complex notes of liquorice, red fruit and prunes, wonderfully classic and very smooth on the palate.
