Terms and conditions of sale

These conditions apply to the sale of products by Cave du Palais de Justice SA from its online shop. The products are presented to the purchaser on the home page of the cavedupalais.ch website. Confirmation by an Internet user of his/her order on the cavedupalais.ch site, a brand of Cave du Palais de Justice SA (by clicking on the "confirm" button) implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS), in their entirety.

Although this site is designed with children's branding and design in mind, only buyers aged 16 or over may place an order. By completing the order form, the buyer confirms that they are at least 16 years old on the date of the order.

PRICE

The prices indicated in the online shop are ex-cellar prices, expressed in Swiss francs, including VAT and excluding transport costs.

VALIDITY OF PRICES

Changes to product range, prices, exchange rates or conditions. Discounts and promotions are not cumulative. The current price replaces and cancels all previous prices. Information on vintages can be obtained from our Customer Service department on the following telephone number: 022 311 40 14, or by visiting our website at : www.cavedupalais.ch. There is no commitment in this respect in the event of a price change or if stocks are exhausted.

TRANSPORT COSTS, DELIVERY TERMS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Free delivery only applies to Switzerland for orders with a minimum value of CHF 100 excluding VAT. Below this value, a sum of CHF 36.00 will be charged as a contribution to transport costs. Please refer to the website calculation for international delivery which connects to our carrier partners.

DELIVERY TERMS AND DEADLINES

The delivery period begins when Cave du Palais de Justice SA verifies the customer's details, in the case of delivery without prepayment, or with the product on receipt of payment or bank authorisation, in the case of delivery with prepayment (online payment by credit card). We undertake to make home deliveries throughout Switzerland within 14 working days of the date of order on our online shop, subject to the availability of the products ordered. If delivery is refused, 50 % of the invoice amount will remain due.

PAYMENT

Full payment for the goods must be made at the time of ordering, either by Visa or MasterCard (for secure online payments) or by PostFinance transaction.

SECURITY OF CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

A secure 128-bit SSL link protects the credit card payment module in our e-shop. All the data you transmit via our shop is thus protected. This protection complies with the legal provisions currently in force in Switzerland. So you can make your purchases with complete security and confidence.

WITHDRAWAL OPTION

In all cases, the customer must notify the sales department of their decision in writing (by telephone, e-mail, fax or letter) before the goods are returned. Exceptionally, these provisions only apply to orders for products that have been customised or specifically requested by the customer at the time of ordering (special formats, customised packaging, etc.).
