Aligoté Damien Mermoud Lully 2024

Another interesting cross between white Gouais and Pinot Noir. Heir to the elegant grape varieties 'made in' Burgundy, Aligoté has found the Lully terroir the perfect place to express its qualities.

The estate is very attached to it, and it is the predominant white grape variety, covering 1 hectare of vines. Most of the vines are old (planted in 1982-1984) and benefit from planting material that enables them to make some pretty nice wines.

Vinification and ageing take place in enamelled steel vats. Bottled in the spring following the harvest.

Damien Mermoud produit également un splendie assemblage rouge, la cuvée Noémie !
