Champagne Dom Pérignon P2 2003 75cl

The bouquet evolves in a spiral. The floral sweetness of lime blossom is followed by the grilled, toasty, ashy minerality so typical of Dom Pérignon. The dry fruit of apricot appears, followed by the candied fruit of raspberry and fig. The unexpected freshness of verbena, white pepper and rosemary rises for a moment, before plunging into the dark, spicy, liquorice wood. On the palate, the wine is more tactile than aromatic. It has bitter, iodine and sapid notes.
