Châteauneuf-du-Pape blanc Château de Vaudieu is a blend of the best parcels of Grenache blanc, Roussanne and Clairette grown on a soil of pebbles and grey limestone with flint. It is aged for 9 months in barrels.

Pale gold in colour with silver highlights. The nose opens with notes of white flowers and sweet spices, followed by lightly toasted brioche. The attack is lively and straightforward, then the roundness provided by the ageing envelops the taste buds. The long finish confirms the impression of minerality felt on the attack. Drink now for 10 years.
