Meursault "Les Chevalières" has a very lively, shimmering bouquet, with notes of citrus peel, orange blossom, tropical fruit and minerals. The palate is well balanced, with finely balanced acidity, excellent tension and a cheeky finish with notes of oyster shell. In short, it surpasses everything you might expect from a Meursault.

The 'Les Chevalières' climate benefits from a very cool exposure, a formidable advantage in 2023. Surprisingly fresh, the aromas are airy, with very little woodiness. Taut, balanced and particularly mineral on the palate. A superb bottle to cellar.
