Harvesting by hand ensures that the fruit is very healthy. After pressing, the wine is placed in oak barrels (around 20 % of which are new), where it undergoes fermentation and maturation. The wine is bottled around 12 months later.
Food and wine pairing: A well-balanced wine of great aromatic complexity combined with a refined style, this wine is ideal for delicate yet rich dishes: poultry in sauce, pan-fried veal, foie gras, lobster, crayfish, sea fish, etc. Its structure means it will stand up well to several years of ageing.
