The white Sancerre has a pale gold colour with green highlights. The nose is intense and complex, with yellow fruit and citrus notes and a superb minerality. The palate opens with a minerality that stretches the wine throughout. Elegant on the palate, with pear and yellow peach adding their aromatic juiciness.
Elegant salinity lingers on the palate in fine balance.
