This nectar is made from the best grapes from the Jura vineyards, which are pressed before ageing for 3 years in oak barrels. Depending on how it is vinified, Vin de Paille is either an intense golden yellow or a soft caramel colour. The nose is opulent with fruity aromas of orange marmalade, plum and quince, and exotic fruits such as pineapple and dates.
