Lallier Blanc de Noirs is a composition by the Cellar Master based on two legendary terroirs of Pinot Noir Grands Crus. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from Aÿ, the only Grand Cru in the Marne Valley offering a soft, fresh Pinot Noir, and from the hilly region of Verzenay in the Montagne de Reims, which gives the blend an intense character. The harvest is perfectly orchestrated to ensure that the grapes used are perfectly ripe.

This Champagne from Lallier house offers an intense golden colour, a complex, harmonious nose and delicate fruitiness. On the palate, the aromatic notes are dominated by ripe, slightly candied fruit, supported by a hint of pastry. A rich, intense opening with spicy aromas.
