The Chardonnay bunches are harvested in conditions that guarantee both a powerful structure and good ripeness, without crushing or destemming. Château Constellation Slow, gentle pressing and slow fermentation in closed vats give this Brut de Brut all its delicacy.

This Brut de Brut has a light yellow colour with a hint of green. The bubbles are fine and rise in regular, persistent strings.

The subtle bouquet is characterised by notes of plum and white flowers, with a hint of toasted almond.

A lively, elegant sparkling wine, Brut de Brut is pleasant and well-balanced.
