Constellation Sergio Marfil Valais 2015
The Constellation is illustrated by Sergio Marfil, a Swiss artist who has designed ultra-luxury watches for actors, F1 drivers and world leaders.
A meticulously controlled maceration lasting 32 days is followed by 18 months' ageing, mainly in new barrels selected according to the specific characteristics of each grape variety. Our Constellation was vinified by Michel Rolland's Cabinet Conseil. It can be kept for 5 to 20 years.
