Constellation Willy Richard Valais 2016
The Constellation is illustrated by Willy Richard, a Swiss F1 artist, photographer, architect, comic strip author and organiser of the Gollion Grand Prix. The vintage was entrusted to him by a jury chaired by Alain Delon, an iconic figure from the world of cinema, known from France to Japan.
A meticulously controlled maceration lasting 26 days is followed by 21 months of ageing, mostly in new barrels selected according to the specific characteristics of each grape variety. Our Constellation was vinified by Michel Rolland's Cabinet Conseil. It can be kept for 5 to 20 years.
