This very old rum from Demerara distillery is a blend of several casks aged for a minimum of 12 years. A very delicious rum. Aromas of caramelised stewed fruit, but the woodiness is not far away and adds complexity. Notes of vanilla, almond and tobacco complete its aromatic profile. The whole is well balanced.
El Dorado rum is also available in 21 years old !
