When two passionate people meet, sometimes a nugget is born. Le Rouge et le Noir is a surprising union of wine and chocolate. In Valais, our cellar master has blended Humagne Rouge for its power and fruitiness. In Madagascar, a master chocolatier has chosen the rare Criollo bean, grown without chemicals by 500 small producers. Carefully roasted, it reveals exceptional aromas.
On the nose: Intense cocoa notes, juicy, sweet raspberry aromas, spicy juniper, delicate white chocolate.
Palate: Powerful and structured, rich in flavours of cocoa, raspberry, juniper and white chocolate, with a unique balance of sweetness, spice and complexity.
