Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes – Domaine Rossignol Trapet 2022

Produced using biodynamic methods from vines over 60 years old, its vinification includes a small proportion of whole bunches of grapes, giving it an unexpected intensity.

On tasting, this wine is very well balanced. It has a cherry nose and delicate woody notes. On the palate, it is structured, elegant and precise. Its tannins are very fine, and will become even more integrated with a little ageing. This nectar can still be enjoyed young, which is a real asset. A great moment to savour!
