The Appleton Estate distillery est basée en Jamaïque, dans la très fertile vallée de Nassau, qui bénéficie d’un microclimat idéal. 4 400 hectares de terres appartiennent à la distillerie et 216 000 tonnes de canne à sucre sont récoltées annuellement. La Rivière Noire offre également une eau très douce ; parfait pour la distillation du Appleton Rum.
This 21-year-old version is a testament to the Appleton Estate's reputation for excellence. Aged exclusively in oak casks for 21 years, Joy Spence's creation is a marvel of delicacy and harmony. Notes of orange, nutmeg, vanilla, almond, coffee and cocoa compose a delicious ode to its origins: the tropics. This rare rum, produced in just 12,000 bottles a year, is not to be missed.
