The base wines come from a selection of plots in the vineyard, during exceptional harvests. This wine is aged for a minimum of eight years in the cellar before disgorging. The wine's prolonged contact with the yeasts allows it to develop tertiary aromas.

This Cuvée Éloge 100% Chardonnay, with its preserved freshness, reveals a bewitching, full-bodied, rich and powerful wine in which delicate aromas of exotic fruit mingle elegantly with notes of brioche.
