This wine is best served with warm shellfish, fish or white meat, preferably with a butter or cream sauce (chicken with cream and morel mushrooms; scallops, warm oysters, etc.).
Ideally, a Meursault should be drunk between 5 and 10 years old. When it reaches maturity, its palate and nose are explosive, with a whole range of aromas coming through: honey, exotic fruit, butter, hazelnut, toasted almond and yellow fruit.
This cuvée is round and silky, with a touch of minerality.
