2007 is an exceptional vintage. It is the richest and rarest of all Tokaji wines. Behind the beauty of this Eszencia lies a powerful golden goddess, whose soul and magic are contained in the nectar of orange blossom honey. Tokaji Eszencia comes from an extremely slow fermentation due to its enormous sugar content (500-900g/l). This cancels out the rise in alcohol.
