Le Champagne Bollinger B13Blanc de Noirs 100% Pinot Noir is a very pure, chiselled expression of this grape variety. It is blended from 5 crus only. 92% of Grands Crus and 8% of Premiers Crus make up this cuvée.

The nose of this vintage is rich and complex. On opening, notes of ripe fruit, fruit jelly and almond paste are complemented by aromas of mirabelle plum and vine peach.

On the palate, the elegance of the fruit combines with its delicacy: flavours of pear, fresh almonds and tarte Tatin are marked by the singularity of a chiselled and mineral Pinot Noir with notes of citrus fruit and preserved lemon. Velvety persistence on the palate with a saline finish.
