CHATEAU CONSTELLATION ASSEMBLAGE S. MARFIL 2015 VALAIS 75CL

This "creation" wine is made from low-yielding vines selected from the best slopes in the Valais, and is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Aged in barrels for 18 months, the wine expresses ripe black fruit with subtle notes of spice and toasted oak, underpinned by firm tannins. With its fresh, harmonious finish, it will go well with grilled meat or meat in sauce, as well as a fine cheese platter.
