This AOC Martinique aged rum has been aged in Bourbon oak barrels in the Domaine's cellars. The estate is criss-crossed by three beautiful rivers, which is where the name of the brand comes from.
Rhum Trois Rivières 1999 has an elegant amber colour, tending towards russet. Sublime marine and peppery fragrances are exhaled, enhanced by a woody background on which, in a second phase, spices make their appearance. The palate is smooth and powerful. The structure is clean, with spices and subtle tannins adding complexity to the overall impression.
