The Pizzolato house, renowned for the quality of its spumante in the Veneto region, offers us this prosecco made from the Glera grape variety. Nihilo Domaine Henri Cruchon 2020
A true natural wine with no added sulphur, fining or filtration, Nihilo is an explosion of fruit. This blend of Gamay and Pinot reveals intense aromas of Morello cherries and red fruit, supported by a fine tannic structure. The finish, with notes of strawberry jam and gingerbread, makes it the ideal companion for poultry or a platter of mature cheeses.
Albertine Domaine de Miolan 2023
Grand winner of the 2025 Geneva wine competition, this Merlot from long-time organic winemaker Bertrand Favre has a silky texture with an almost Ticino dimension. A generous nose of blueberry and vanilla sandalwood precedes a comforting palate with spicy notes and smooth tannins. Perfect with barbecued prime rib.
