This nectar is made from the best grapes from the Jura vineyards, which are pressed before ageing for 3 years in oak barrels. Depending on how it is vinified, Vin de Paille is either an intense golden yellow or a soft caramel colour. The nose is opulent with fruity aromas of orange marmalade, plum and quince, and exotic fruits such as pineapple and dates. On the palate, Vin de Paille is perfectly balanced between alcohol, sugar and acidity. The taste buds will rediscover with density the fruit that enchanted the nose.
